Sure- reoccurring sports injuries that I've had to slow down to heal

Stock. land. building. and building my company.

Intimacy. from my child.
Do you like classical or contemporary pilates/yoga more? Why?
Both have their place.
What advice would you give to people wanting to start pilates or yoga?
Go for it and stick with it until you get what you want out of it.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
I love being an entrepreneur. I could pivot industries - say green investment -but still an entrepreneur.
Tell us about someone you admire and why you admire them?
My daughter. because she holds the record at her gym for longest handstands.
