Many people spend the majority of their day sitting down in front of a computer, which can lead to chronic pain and stiffness. By taking postural fitness classes you may be able to alleviate some of the discomfort you feel on a daily basis—no matter what you do for a living. If you have poor posture, it can throw your entire body out of alignment, putting pressure on places it doesn’t belong, such as the nervous system. The longer your body is allowed to be misaligned, the more changes can take place both mentally and physically. Postural Fitness is designed to undo the problems caused by bad posture - in this method, you release and realign the body. We can be pain free when the body is in perfect alignment, and improving mobility and flexibility will in turn help improve your postural stability.
