I'm real, not perfect!




What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months?


Shoes for poor kids in India and winter clothes for kids in Mallorca The brand is really not relevant, but knowing that a couple of kids has shoes, and winter clothes bring me really positive feelings!



How do you want your chosen field of exercise to change in the future?


Aware that having body and mind in balance is the result of a happy, energetic and radiant life! In addition to yoga and pilates, I like to run! healthy living is a growing process!



How did you first get into pilates or yoga?


2015



In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?


The awareness that beauty is from the inside to out! in addition to more conscious eating, I adopted meditation practices, etc!



What’s more important: the teacher or the mindset?


The midset!



What is your proudest moment/accomplishment in pilates or yoga?


Both.



How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success? Do you have a “favourite failure” of yours?


Yes! I thought that money bought everything, it couldn't buy my son's life! Now, I know everything should be balanced!



What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made?


For myself : beauty, sports, etc



Do you think there is any trait that all exercise practitioners share?


Yes! Healthy life.



What is the most significant thing that someone much younger than yourself has taught you?


I learn every day with people around me! Sometimes that are much younger than me! We never know everything ou never is enough!



Do you like classical or contemporary pilates/yoga more? Why?


I have cervical migraine, so, I do private classes using classical and contemporary yoga/pilates! Personalized classes.



What advice would you give to people wanting to start pilates or yoga?


As a tip: start now! As an alert: if you don't do it voluntarily now, later your body will complain about you.... lol 😂



What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?


I'm a lawyer.... honestly saying, I would love to be a Journalist or TV presenter! 😂



Tell us about someone you admire and why you admire them?


My mom! 100 y.o. , fit, healthy and full of positivity energy



What is a 'hack' you have for success that most people don't know about?


it may be a cliché, but there is no elevator for success, it is step by step, with focus and perseverance!



How would you describe pilates/yoga in 1 word?


Health

What's your favourite holiday destination?


Beach always, doesn't matter where.



What popular celebrity do you admire the most and why?


Really? I don't have one.



What one thing in life do you consider to be overrated?


It's relative .... lol 😂 Depends how much money we have in pocket and your proposal.



What's something exciting you're currently working on/learning that only a few people know about?


Writing a book.

I can do a list... lol, but really bad? Cook

Fruit, cereals, coffee, eggs, bread

When my pain is less



Do you tend to use a lot of different equipment when you practice?


Yes I do! breaks routine and helps to improve !!
